Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and professional Account Representative to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping maintain strong relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information.
  • Assist with account management and follow-up communications.
  • Support company goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
