Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across K-12. Your expertise in Occupational Therapy will support students’ growth, independence, and academic success in a dynamic educational environment, with a manageable caseload of 20-28 students. This role invites you to collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to deliver effective, student-centered therapy, blending your experience across schools, home health, and broader healthcare settings.

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday), starting as soon as possible and extending through November 30, 2026.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possession of a valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (MA OT)
• Demonstrated background in school-based OT; experience in home health or general healthcare OT settings is also valuable
• Passion for supporting K-12 students with diverse therapeutic needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and design tailored OT interventions for students to enhance participation in academic and daily activities
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate OT goals into students’ educational plans
• Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and data collection
• Adapt therapy approaches to fit the developmental stages and unique needs of each age group across your caseload
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
