Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing setting
- Must be ServSafe Certified
- Must be Certified in Food Allergy Awareness
- Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Food Service Operations
- Ability to positively interact with personnel, residents and family members
- Ability to make decisions and adapt plans when crises occur
- Proficient knowledge of food handling, equipment, menu planning, meal service, basic nutrition, sanitation and personnel management
- Ability to understand and manage a budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
