General Description This position serves as the first point of contact for Distance Education and Advanced Studies program and is responsible for providing information and resources to faculty and students regarding LMS troubleshooting, program assistance, and administrative support as needed. Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors, faculty, and students. Unlock and lock doors in the University Center. Assist faculty and students with issues by directing them to the appropriate personnel and resources, and provide Canvas course builds and closed‑captioning support. Assist with proctoring system setup and proctoring as applicable. Complete inventory. Pull reporting and update Canvas courses; assist in course review coordination and training coordination. Submit Physical Plant tickets as building contact for issues needing repairs within the University Center. Start and end web‑conferencing classes as needed in the University Center. Required Qualifications Knowledge of a specialized field such as basic accounting or computer skills, equivalent to four years of high school plus specialized training equal to two years of college. At least two years of related experience and/or training. Preferred Qualifications Not specified. Salary Minimum $11.00 per hour.
