We are looking for full-time Packaging / Shipping Team Member, who also appreciate work/life balance. Overall Responsibility

As a Packaging / Shipping Team Member, you will help in company growth, by putting finished goods in their designated locations, as well as preparing packages for shipping to our customers. You will also be part of a unique company that provides a multitude of services, including; selling new and refurbished terminals, printers, phones, phone systems, telecommunications equipment, personal computers, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assure Packaging and Shipping systems are maintained and accurate at all times
• Coordinate inventory ensuring accuracy of product shipments
• Ensure high level process accuracy, and packaging compliance
• Work with DC operations and Sales teams to ensure all products are well organized, adequately labeled and maintained
• Participate in the building of racking as needed to store new products
• Adheres to company culture, guidelines, process enhancements, and technical applications
• Provide consultation to company leadership and teams regarding packaging / shipping processes, controls and advancements
• Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices
• Positively assist Management in creating, implementing, and adhering to overall strategies for the company

Working Relationships

Effectively Build, Grow and maintain positive, professional internal and external relationships, which align with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, principles, and core values. Proactively establish and maintain positive & effective working relationships with team members and support department personnel.

Preferred Skills:

• You must be self-motivated to achieve goals, quick and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high performance standards with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Reach truck, order picker and forklift experience
• Positively influences others to embrace goal setting, constant learning, changing responsibilities, problem solving, and multitasking
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of teams, management, and customers - verbally and written
• Consistently acts with integrity, honesty and caring towards all levels of business partners and customers
• Work in distribution center / warehouse environment, lifting 35 lbs – 70 lbs
