Seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the weekday shift. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating HAAS CNC Machines and be proficient in setting up and operating various machine tools, including milling machines, drill presses, and lathes. The role involves working with tight tolerances and requires expertise in measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC Machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Utilize Horizontal Mill, ideally HAAS, and G+M CODE.
• Perform set-ups and changeovers, ranging from 2-10 per day.
• Work comfortably with tolerances of +/- 0.0005".
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or height gauges.
• Interpret and work from machine/wiring diagrams.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience with HAAS CNC Machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in G+M CODE.
• Ability to set up and operate milling machines, drill presses, and lathes.
• Experience with measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Comfortable working with tight tolerances of +/- 0.0005".

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mastercam Programming experience.
• Experience with Trumpf punch press, drill press, and laser.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to perform changeovers.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delaware, OH.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
