Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator Level 3 OR 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in El Segundo, CA.

Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the supply chain process. Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily supply chain manufacturing and supply chain logistics, as well as supply chain business operations. These employees are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.

Provide logistical support:

• Chemical and consumable materials inventory/distribution
• Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.
• Ensure received parts/materials are stored within warehouse.
• Ordering of needed supplies
• Knowledge of SAP warehousing transactions
• Material kitting per BOM requirements
• Inventory control and checks
• Material distribution across multiple buildings throughout the site

This position may be filled as a Level 3 or Level 4 based on the qualifications outlined below.

Basic Qualifications Level 3:

• High School Diploma/GED and 4 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying materials, lifting up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis

Basic Qualifications Level 4:

• High School Diploma/GED and 6 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying materials, lifting up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operating a forklift and other types of freight moving equipment.
• Experience with chemical management and handling.
• Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory.
• Previous experience with inventory with shelf life and/or out-time controls.
• Experienced user of MS Office computer programs

Primary Level Salary Range: $26.92 - $44.90 Secondary Level Salary Range: $32.02 - $53.37 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
