They are looking for an experienced Controller to play a critical role in financial reporting, consolidation, process improvement, and operational decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with corporate and regional leadership, strengthen financial processes, and help support the company through its next stage of growth. What You’ll Do Serve as a key financial liaison between corporate leadership and regional operations. Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting. Oversee financial consolidation across multiple entities. Partner with leadership to provide financial insight that supports business and operational decisions. Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies. Help drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the organization. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5–8+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally as a Controller or Director of Accounting. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles. Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multiple teams and locations. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with both corporate and operational stakeholders.
