MEP Project Manager

Overview We have an immediate need for a MEP Project Manager in Boston, MA. Come join our team! We are looking to build services and capabilities through the growth of our key asset—our staff. We are an integrated construction, design and technology solutions firm with a strong track record, serving clients in the public and private sectors. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate engineering projects across all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Facilitate design reviews, coordination meetings and quality control processes. Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client presentations. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction project management. Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred. Experience of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes. Healthcare and municipal project experience a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with sustainable design and LEED-certified projects. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines. Benefits and Compensation Our culture emphasizes collaboration and employee growth. Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and location.
