Launch Manager

To ensure timely delivery of Visitor Relationship Management solutions, the full-time Launch Manager will manage the end-to-end implementation of software projects while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Support teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure on-schedule service delivery by managing timelines and service levels for software solutions Create and oversee project plans, assigning tasks and monitoring progress for multiple projects simultaneously Analyze performance results and create actionable visualizations to communicate project status to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus Proven experience in launching software solutions and managing digital product implementations Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience required Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce) Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
