Global Senior Director, Danaher Business System - Commercial

This role leads the deployment and implementation of the Danaher Business System across global commercial operations at Leica Biosystems, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Service. The Global Senior Director drives continuous improvement initiatives, oversees growth tools including funnel management and pricing excellence, and builds organizational capability through coaching and process optimization. This on-site position reports to the Vice President of DBS and requires strategic leadership to embed operational excellence across enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of DBS Commercial Playbook across global sales, marketing, and service teams
• Set annual DBS strategic agenda partnering with commercial leaders on high-impact initiatives
• Oversee execution of DBS Growth tools including Funnel Management, Pricing Excellence, and Product Launch Excellence
• Identify workflow barriers and drive enterprise waste-elimination and process-simplification efforts
• Develop DBS capability through executive coaching in Policy Deployment, Daily Management, and Problem Solving

Requirements

• 10+ years enterprise leadership driving continuous improvement and business transformation
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
• Experience partnering with senior sales, marketing, and service leadership teams
• Strong commercial orientation with go-to-market strategy and sales enablement experience
• Deep expertise in DBS, Lean, or comparable management systems
• Experience with strategic planning, Policy Deployment, and enterprise operating reviews
• Strong business acumen and executive presence with senior influencing capability

Compensation: $225,000 - $275,000 annual salary
