Reporting into the Director of Recruiting, this role will also be responsible for supporting recruiting strategies and people-related initiatives within the company.As Recruitment Manager, You Will…Lead and manage Recruiting Teams while developing effective recruiting practices for volume recruitingProvide recruiting support for management and other departments, ensuring global recruiting strategies are implementedAssist hiring managers with interviewing and selecting candidates for the right corporate culture and role fitSupport and help implement people-related change initiatives and recruiting deliverablesSupport the development of strategic online recruiting presence – ex. Job Bank, Monster, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.Track and report recruitment acquisition statistics while producing accurate and relevant metricsCoach team members on development needs, career growth and learning opportunitiesHelp with special projects as neededAs Recruitment Manager, You Have…Certificate or degree in Business with a major in Human Resources3-5 years of leadership experience in HR and/or Recruiting, preferably in a contact center settingExceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an approach that builds and nurtures strong relationshipsThe ability to self-manage daily duties and time in a fast-paced, always changing environmentThe ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timelinessCreative problem solving and project management skills, with an eye for detailThe ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgroundsA service-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to change and innovationA strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute for a desired resultIntouchCX is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
