About the Role

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a background that includes experience in managing intercompany transactions and consolidated financial activity, particularly in an international nonprofit setting. The role demands a deep understanding of both IFRS and GAAP, with the ability to apply these standards across multiple entities. The CFO will also be tasked with developing and implementing financial models, performance indicators, and systems that support the organization's growth, accountability, and sustainability. Strong communication skills are essential, as the CFO will be required to present financial information to the Board of Directors and relevant committees.
