Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Rep Requirements: 1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting

Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Rep Job Description:

• Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
• Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
• Great customer service with high level attention to detail
• Entering information accurately
• Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity
• Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers

This is 100% on-site in Tempe Arizona!!! Must have availability Monday - Sunday between 5AM-10PM!!! (8 hour shift!) $21HR!!!

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
