Now, we’re looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to help even more businesses discover AvaHR. Responsibilities This isn’t about cold calling lists or hard selling — it’s about connection, guidance, and problem-solving. You’ll be: Jumping on calls and Zoom demos with interested prospects (leads come to you!). Understanding each business’s hiring challenges and showing them how AvaHR can help. Walking trial users through our platform so they get real results fast. Following up with leads to answer questions, overcome roadblocks, and celebrate wins. Teaming up with our Customer Success crew to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. Qualifications If you love talking to people, finding solutions, and helping small businesses succeed, you’ll fit right in. We’d love it if you have: 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer success (SaaS experience is a plus). Great presentation skills over video. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
