Sales Development Representative

Overview At Trinity Medical Solutions, we provide logistics support and life‑saving transportation for organ donations and transplantation teams. Position Sales Development Representative Location 4100 W Galveston St #4, Chandler, AZ 85226 Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasionally flexible for nights or weekends) Compensation Hourly: $28 – $31/hour, depending on experience; commission eligible. Benefits Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401(k) (5% match with immediate vesting), HSA & FSA, employer‑paid Life & AD&D benefits, Sick Time (employer‑paid) Key Responsibilities Generate leads and outreach through research, cold calling, direct messaging, and other outreach strategies. Conduct strategic account research to tailor outreach and messaging to target organizations. Qualify prospects based on fit, need, interest, and timing. Secure meetings with qualified prospects to drive pipeline growth and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while articulating Trinity’s value proposition. Manage accurate records in the company CRM, including lead activity, account information, and pipeline tracking. Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development, Enterprise Sales Manager, and Operations team to prepare for meetings and ensure smooth hand‑offs. Provide ideas for new market opportunities, strategies, and campaigns. Maintain performance metrics for outreach, new leads, meetings, and overall sales growth. Represent Trinity in a positive manner in all communications, adhering to company policies, procedures, and core values. Participate in ongoing training and development, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Experience in lead generation, marketing outreach, or sales; experience managing customer relationships or accounts; familiarity with technology/software for lead capture and outreach. Strong relationship management and customer service skills. Ability to make cold calls, pursue leads, and build relationships. Excellent research, business development, and analytical skills. Knowledge of Adaptive Sales strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry. Willingness to learn medical terminology related to donation and transplantation. Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening and background check. Display integrity, initiative, perseverance, flexibility, teamwork, and empathy. Physical: ability to lift up to 50 lbs, requires long periods of sitting and standing.
