Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of programs and administrative operations. Interpreting budgetary/accounting policies and practices to resolve technical and operational problems with retail procurement procedures. Presenting and defending budget reports and estimates to senior leadership. Establishing, monitoring, and validating financial management commitments and obligations. Utilizing knowledge of Working Capital and Aircraft Navy (APN)-6 funds.
