Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, leading to fulfillment and satisfaction. Requirements Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
