Work Environment\n This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while enabling therapists to connect meaningfully with clients. Although the team operates from various locations, you will be closely connected with our supportive network of professionals in the outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional well-being using established diagnostic tools and methodologies. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, goals, and preferences. \n Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, tailored to various behavioral health needs. \n Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment approaches that best support their evolving goals. \n Offer timely crisis intervention and additional support during critical situations, ensuring clients feel secure and understood. \n Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards that protect client privacy. \n Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in case discussions, and enhance treatment outcomes. \n Stay informed on contemporary research, techniques, and best practices in mental health to continually improve clinical skills and knowledge. \n Engage in ongoing supervision, clinical training, and professional development activities. \n Uphold the ethical standards and guidelines established by relevant licensing boards, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will engage with a varied client base dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n \n Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n Active Massachusetts state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. \n Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. \n A compassionate approach to client care, with a focus on empathy and understanding of individual experiences. \n Capacity to work independently, while also valuing teamwork and collaboration. \n Comprehensive understanding of relevant ethical guidelines and legal standards in mental health practice. \n Commitment to personal growth and continual professional development. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical setting, directly providing therapeutic services in mental health. \n Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for client management. \n Background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Brightline Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by bonus opportunities.
