Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Recovery Wellness Center, you will: \n \n Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts. \n Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and their families, ensuring effective strategies for coping and conflict resolution. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and foster positive changes in behavior and mindset. \n Engage in regular supervision and consultation with your peers to enhance the quality of care and share best practices. \n Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, adhering to state regulations and ethical standards. \n Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to service development and improvement initiatives. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your expertise will be applied to a diverse range of patients, including: \n \n Individuals and families dealing with relational conflicts, including siblings and blended families. \n Clients facing challenges related to substance abuse, trauma, and grief. \n Children and adolescents who require specialized therapeutic interventions to navigate life transitions such as separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics. \n Adults struggling with job-related stress, medical issues, and other psychological challenges. \n Qualifications\n The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: \n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A commitment to evidence-based practices and a passion for patient-centered care. \n Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. \n Preferred Experience\n While we welcome applications from newly licensed and experienced therapists alike, the following additional experience is preferred: \n \n Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adult clients. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies that enhance remote patient engagement. \n Background in family systems therapy or other relevant therapeutic modalities. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Recovery Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on performance and patient load.
