Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their unique mental health needs and devise appropriate therapeutic strategies. \n Provide individual therapy using diverse methodologies tailored to each client’s specific circumstances, promoting personal growth and emotional well-being. \n Collaboratively establish treatment goals with clients and monitor their progress, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. \n Utilize teletherapy solutions to provide accessible mental health services for those facing mobility challenges or geographical barriers. \n Maintain ethical practice by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and confidential information. \n Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and remain current with industry trends and best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As an LMFT at Willow Springs, you'll work primarily with families, couples, children, and adolescents, offering therapeutic solutions that address a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, and addiction. Qualifications\n \n A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n A current, state-issued LMFT license. \n Minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working with couples, children, teens, or families, with a focus on culturally competent care. \n Proficiency in providing teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
