Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, providing comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs. \n Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties. \n Collaborating with other healthcare providers to create coordinated care plans that optimize client outcomes. \n Maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and company policies. \n Regularly assessing client progress and adapting treatment strategies when necessary to ensure effective intervention. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will primarily focus on couples and families dealing with complex emotional and relational dynamics. You will engage with clients facing issues such as: \n \n Alcohol and substance abuse \n Physical and psychological abuse \n Grief and loss associated with life transitions \n Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs \n Challenges related to blended families and remarriage \n Separation and divorce adjustment \n Mother-daughter relational conflicts \n Overall communication difficulties within family units \n This role is vital in promoting mental wellness and strengthening familial bonds, ultimately leading to healthier, happier lives.\n Qualifications\n Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered: \n \n Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts. \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n Strong commitment to clinical excellence and ethical practice. \n Preferred Experience\n While we welcome candidates with diverse experience levels, those with the following are preferred: \n \n Prior experience in teletherapy or telehealth services. \n Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. \n Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices. \n Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a generous compensation package, with earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually.
