Physical Therapist (PT) – Acute Care

Location: Sanford, FL 32771

Shift Details: Days (Rotating Weekends) – 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. Start time is between 7–10 AM. New hires generally start by working 4 weekend shifts every month, then leadership decreases to 3 and then 2 weekend shifts per month. If the employee is working a weekend, they’ll get days off during the week to supplement.

Position Summary:

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and patient care team. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Open to experience – New Graduates accepted.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• $3/hr weekend differential
