Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients that align with their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive care plans that address the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our approach is client-centered, aiming to foster resilience, coping strategies, and recovery through empathetic and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is required.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
