About the Role
The Director of Human Resources will supervise a staff of 4 and direct all employee relations, labor relations, benefits & compensation, performance programs, strategy & planning [with President], HRIS, HR budgeting.
Preferred Skills
- 10+ years; manufacturing experience.
- Labor relations/union negotiations.
- Supervisory skill.
- Skill in leading/developing growth plans.
- Multi-state HR experience is a plus.
$ 170,000.00 - $ 215,000.00 + 25% Bonus.
