Recruiting Assistant

We are seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support our talent acquisition efforts by helping identify and engage top talent across our growing organization.Position SummaryThe Recruiting Assistant supports the talent acquisition specialist by coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience. This role is administrative and operational, with significant interaction across candidates, and HR systems.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete initial phone screens with qualified candidatesProvide feedback to TAS and hiring managersSchedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring teams if neededMaintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy and status updatesManage job openings across job boards and internal platforms for assigned requisitionsCommunicate with candidates regarding application status and next stepsPrepare interview materials and assist with onboarding documentationQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)1+ year administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsAble to follow established processes and workflowsFamiliarity with employment compliance and hiring practices is a plusExposure to HRIS's, HR analytics, or reporting tools preferredAbility to learn and navigate required technology and tools required.Core CompetenciesAttention to detail and data accuracyConfidentiality and professionalismAbility to manage multiple prioritiesCustomer-service orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr
