Now hiring solo CDL-A drivers for local, no-touch intermodal container freight out of Jacksonville. Newer equipment, year-round freight, and home time most days.
Pay: Up to $1,617/week — $0.41 CPM plus hourly shift pay ($11.04/hr days, $13.80/hr nights, $16.56/hr weekends) Home Time: Home daily, with occasional layovers during the week Freight: No-touch intermodal containers (drayage) Miles: Up to 250 miles/day Equipment: Newer trucks with lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and collision mitigation
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old
- 1 verifiable year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (or 2 years in the last 5)
- Clean MVR — no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years, no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
