Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide psychotherapy services to clients, applying tailored therapeutic techniques that cater to individual needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and client families, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Ensure adherence to clinical program objectives, service delivery standards, and regulatory policies, contributing to superior care quality.

• Manage the intern recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding, to build a skilled support team that aligns with the agency's mission.

• Provide supervision and clinical consultation for interns, ensuring they meet all documentation requirements for their educational institutions.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, actively participating in the audit and quality assurance processes.

• Attend agency trainings, meetings, and workshops as required to stay updated on best practices in clinical social work.

• Facilitate training sessions for interns and university students, fostering their professional development within the field.

• Ensure that all client and intern files are accurately maintained and compliant with agency standards.

• Coordinate with centralized intake and other clinical supervisors to monitor intern caseloads and address any arising issues promptly.

Humane Pathways offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
