Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs associated with substance use and trauma, ensuring accurate documentation of medical necessity for program entry.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing trauma-informed methodologies, combining psychotherapy and psychoeducation tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Regularly monitor and follow up on clients’ progress, implementing timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement in their mental health status.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders, many of whom have experienced significant trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
