ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in July 2021 and has grown to a team of passionate, hard-working individuals who love what they do. Before becoming an agent, I worked at a health tech startup in NYC, spent a year teaching abroad in Thailand, and began my insurance career as a team member in my dads agency. I hold a Marketing B.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland, and insurance runs deep in my familyeight of us, including my dad and sister, are agents.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Sasha Buerano - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
