Job Summary Plans, directs and coordinates all aspects of Membership here at our Middleboro Branch. The Membership Director must have an accurate assessment of the building functions, membership needs, personnel, programs and finances to ensure that the mission and goals of the Association are met. The Membership Director will demonstrate the character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility at all times. Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Master’s strongly preferred At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred CPR/AED certifications required Ability to work and thrive as part of a cohesive team Strong interpersonal, customer services and networking skills necessary Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
