Qualifications and Desired Experience Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Collaborative spirit and adaptability within a dynamic school team Key Responsibilities Provide direct and consultative speech‑language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP requirements Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and track progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and Medicaid billing as applicable Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights Use creative and evidence‑based interventions designed to foster communication skills across diverse student populations If you have a heart for empowering young learners and a skill for effective, innovative therapy in school settings, we want to connect with you!
