Program Coordinator II – Marketing Game Presentation & Fan Experience Rutgers University – Athletics Department – Marketing. Overview Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 sports. The Program Coordinator II will support marketing and fan‑experience efforts for assigned sports, ensuring effective promotion and brand strategy during game‑day events. Responsibilities Oversee, coordinate, and manage all marketing, fan experience, digital and traditional advertising, and promotional efforts for Rutgers Athletics for assigned sports. Assist in leading the Marketing, Fan Experience & Brand Strategy internship program. Support the management of charitable donations through the department. Manage external appearances and scheduling requests for the Rutgers Athletics mascot Sir Henry. Requirements Minimum education and experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sports administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to make decisions independently. Good written and oral communication skills. Preferred qualifications One to two years of experience in sports marketing/event management. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other graphics tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Physical Demands and Work Environment Lifting of boxes occasionally. Ability to work nights and weekends as required. Salary and Compensation Grade: 03 Minimum Salary: $52,602.48 Mid‑Range Salary: $64,788.98 Maximum Salary: $76,975.48 Benefits include medical, dental, prescription drug coverage, paid vacation and holidays, retirement options, educational benefits, life insurance, and employee discounts.
