Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsibility for the sales of individual machines and complete production lines in the field of Food Solutions or Slicing & Packaging
- Holistic, strategic care and development of an ambitious customer portfolio over all project phases
- Development of tailored production concepts and sales strategies in close cooperation with product management and internal stakeholders
- Active identification and acquisition of new customers as well as sustainable expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Convincing presentation of solutions including clear presentation of added value and cost-effectiveness (Value Selling at top level)
- Continuous market, competition, and potential analyses to derive reliable sales strategies and forecasts
- Professional management and documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Representation of the company at international trade fairs, events, and customer appointments
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial education or degree
- Several years of experience in the sales of technically complex machines and systems
- Experience in the food processing industry
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working method
- Communication skills and persuasiveness
- High customer-oriented application understanding
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- Fluent German and very good English skills in speech and writing
- Travel within the assigned sales area in Germany (North or South Germany) as well as to plants in neighboring countries (EU)
