Enterprise Account Executive - Süddeutschland & CH (w/m/d)

As an Enterprise Account Executive (w/m/d) you will realize successful target customer acquisition and the corresponding expansion of customer relationships in cooperation with our Sales Development Team. You play an essential role in the strategic business development and the expansion of business relationships of large middle market and enterprise customers. Thus you form the essential key for our growth goals in the Swiss market and the southern German region and represent as a brand ambassador our mission "Successful connection(s) to your customer" for customer service and sales.

The virtual voice assistant of virtualQ waits for the caller from service centers in the waiting loop and informs him when he is next in line. But that's not all! As a Multi-Channel Voice Assistant he answers automated recurring customer inquiries and spares customers the agonizing search in long FAQ texts. On the company side intelligent algorithms enable the optimal management of incoming calls in the service center. With this Enterprise Solution virtualQ not only enchants callers but also renowned companies like Lufthansa Albatros, HanseMerkur and the Austrian Federal Railway. Numerous national and international awards and the financing from the largest and most active German venture capital fund underline the success of virtualQ. THE FOLLOWING LIES IN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are responsible for acquiring new business deals through the negotiation of complex deals with C-level executives
  • You take over the customer appointments acquired by the Sales Development Representative Team and accompany them through the closing process. Here you orchestrate the different parties, requirements, meetings in the sense of successful sales project management
  • In cooperation with your colleagues from the Sales Team and other departments (Customer Success) you analyze and improve existing processes to drive our growth forward
  • You act as a competent contact person and consultant for our Enterprise customers and show them what value and "impact" virtualQ offers for their business, requirements and needs
  • You create new business opportunities by finding and identifying new use cases
  • You build trustworthy customer relationships and ensure successful cooperation on an equal footing
  • Through phone calls, web demos, occasional on-site and trade fair appointments, negotiations and presentations you turn prospects into customers
  • Together with our sales team you participate in trade fairs and events, build your network and represent virtualQ professionally

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You bring several years of experience in sales, pre-sales or consulting. Preferably from SaaS or tech solutions
  • Ideally you are already familiar with Enterprise customers from the service, telecommunications or CRM industry
  • You have a good sense for target groups and understand customer needs and expectations and recognize sales opportunities - your thinking and acting is always solution- and service-oriented
  • You have proven experience in managing an extensive sales pipeline and in the successful closing of deals
  • Your working method is characterized by a structured, analytical and goal-oriented approach coupled with entrepreneurial thinking and technical affinity
  • You possess an outstanding communication ability and the ability to build trustworthy relationships with decision-makers
  • You convince through a professional, optimistic and trustworthy appearance
  • You are open to new sales methods and sales team coachings (e.g.: Sniper Sales, Impact-First Sales,...), as well as we are open to your impulses and ideas
  • You value cross-team, trustworthy cooperation and close cooperation with the founders
  • You do not shy away from challenges and take on entrepreneurial responsibility
  • An excellent negotiation and presentation skill rounds off your profile
