Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience for a night shift position at a Level I trauma center in Ohio.

Job Details

• Inpatient CT department within a Level I trauma center that is also Stroke Accredited, serving a diverse community,
• Work setting includes ER, OR, and Adult ICU environments with emergent inpatient needs,
• CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion,
• 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,
• Scheduled every third weekend,
• On-call rotation approximately once every 10 weeks,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience,
• Current BLS and ARRT certifications required,
• ARRT Advanced certification preferred,
• License required if applicable,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call duties,
• 2 professional references required: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (e.g., Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as a second reference; no coworker references accepted,

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging across a broad range of clinical areas including emergency, surgical, and critical care,
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures,
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards,
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate,
• Former employees of this facility are eligible after a minimum 6-month separation,
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and is limited to 7 days or fewer per contract,
• Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be initiated promptly upon booking - candidates outside of Ohio may need to travel to a fingerprinting location or will be mailed a fingerprinting packet to complete urgently,
