Travel RN - Pediatric ICU - Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position at a pediatric hospital in Ohio, requiring an OH or Compact RN license and close to 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Details

• Position is in a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) within a pediatric hospital setting,
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:30,
• Floating is required and may include NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med/surg units as needed,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active OH or Compact RN license required,
• Close to 2 years of CVPICU or relevant pediatric critical care experience preferred,
• 2 supervisory references required; at least 1 must be from a supervisor or manager (charge nurse references do not qualify),
• Must not have worked permanently for this health system within the last 2 years,

Additional Information

• Local candidates are not accepted for RN positions regardless of distance from the facility,
• Travelers must be prepared to float to various units and comply with all facility float expectations,
• No call/no-show incidents are taken very seriously and may result in termination
