Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health states, identifying strengths and areas requiring support.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Work collaboratively with physicians and treatment teams to formulate and adjust holistic treatment plans that align with patient goals and preferences.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for discussing concerns and fostering connection.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
