Senior Associate Technical Account Manager, Growth

Responsibilities Act as the primary technical point of contact, activating new customers and addressing internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients, including end‑users of the platforms. Escalate appropriately when necessary. On a daily basis, quickly troubleshoot technical issues, pinpoint problems, provide a solution, and raise tier‑2 support or product teams only when required. Provide in‑depth updates and insights on clients from a technology perspective, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support, and other departments. Lead high‑touch consultative technical services, conduct training sessions, and attend office hours for agency and brand‑direct customers. Qualifications 2+ years working in a technical account/relationship management/client‑facing role Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis Experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad‑serving tags Experience working with APIs and SDKs Critical thinking and the ability to think outside the box Experience with third‑party advertising technology companies Experience working with publishers and publisher ad servers Knowledge of the ad‑tech ecosystem, its players, and how it all functions Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills Self‑starter with the ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively Ability to synthesize technical concepts and analysis in client meetings Compensation & Benefits Annualized base salary ranges: Primary location: US – Chicago, IL – $49,000.00 to $84,000.00 Additional location: US – New York, NY – $59,500.00 to $102,000.00 Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, PPO, HSA and FSA options, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and eligibility for annual bonuses or other incentive plans.
