Dental Receptionist / Dental Insurance Coordinator

Barrington Smiles is growing and is looking to add a Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator to our team. Our non-corporate family practice prioritizes patients' health, safety, and comfort. We are proud of our success in providing patients with personalized care, modern technology, and a fresh approach to full-body wellness through meticulous oral health. We recently moved into our magnificent space in South Barrington. We are looking to add a like-minded team member who would share our vision for success.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily front office operations.
-Manage scheduling, patient flow.
-Handle insurance verification, claims, pre-estimate, treatment plan, and billing processes
-Maintain compliance with office policies and industry regulations
-Address patient concerns with professionalism and care
-Impeccable customer service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of dental office management experience
-Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
-Experience with dental software (EagleSoft)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
-Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset
