Cook II: Hospital Kitchen & Catering Lead

PIH Health is seeking a Cook II to prepare, cook, bake and plate a variety of foods for patients, cafeteria, catering and Jazzman’s. You will follow standardized recipes, use institutional equipment and ensure proper serving schedules. You will monitor HACCP guidelines, assist with modified diets, support upscale catering events, back up senior cooks, maintain a clean work area and perform additional duties as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr PIH Health
