Seasonal Administrative Professional Support our Tax Service Line for the following time frame: January 2027 through April 2027. Responsibilities Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc. Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, to produce error‑free work. Track engagements with the use of Access software. Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems. Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others. Organize, update, and maintain calendars. Manage multiple priorities. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Certificate. Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, office equipment, business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Hours and Salary Salary range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; summer hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
