Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00+ Year 1 income potential based on performance. Higher income levels are attainable with sustained performance. Ownership track available for qualified candidates.

No Prior Insurance experience required! - Some of our most successful candidates are individuals who have come from alternate backgrounds like high level high school and college athletes, Elementary/High School teachers, restaurants, hospitality, insurance, mortgage, real estate, B2B, retail leadership, etc.

We are looking for candidates who have a long-term goal of becoming a business owner. This position is structured as a training program with a clear, defined path toward agency ownership within 1 to 3 years for those who successfully complete the program. No prior insurance experience is required to apply; however, candidates who are currently licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or both will find that background beneficial.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

• No prior insurance experience required - Comprehensive training is provided.
• Sales experience, preferred, but we will train motivated professionals who demonstrate drive and discipline. We value ambition, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above everything else.
• No prior insurance license is required to apply we cover the cost of your required pre-licensing course, though studying for the exam is typically completed independently before you're hired. Candidates who are currently licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or both are a strong fit and will find that experience beneficial.
