About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee all HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's growth goals. This includes working with the executive leadership team to establish a 3-year HR roadmap, advising on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design, as well as establishing career pathways and succession plans. The CHRO will also be involved in developing and optimizing employee training programs, addressing employee engagement survey concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of recent, relevant experience in HR, with at least 5 years' in a senior role. Experience in a private equity-backed company and a LEAN manufacturing environment is highly desirable. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to travel up to 25%, and a proven track record in fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace. The CHRO will be expected to coach the executive leadership team, maintain compliance with labor laws, and implement new HR strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
