Chief Human Resources Officer

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Chief Human Resources Officer job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in a senior role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity. You will earn between $250,000 and $325,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all HR operations including Employee Relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Working with the executive leadership team to develop a 3-year HR roadmap to align with company growth goals
• Advising the executive leadership team on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design
• Establishing career pathways and succession plans
• Developing and implemented the employee training program including leadership development training
• Reviewing and optimizing company benefits offerings
• Addressing concerns and issues identified through employee engagement surveys in order to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
• Implementing new HR strategies to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace
• Coaching the executive leadership team to navigate future challenges
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Previous experience working in a private equity-backed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation

• Annual salary between $250,000 and $325,000
