Practice Info Physician-owned, equal-share partnership with a 2-year pre-shareholder track before full partnership invitation Diverse patient population serving a mix of agricultural workers, professionals, and university faculty Hospitalists manage inpatient care to allow focus on procedural and clinic-based work Responsibilities Perform 100-120 procedures per month within a balanced schedule of 40% clinic and 60% procedures Dedicate 2-3 days per week of OR/ASC time to performing EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, and flex sig procedures Utilize available ERCP volume for advanced procedures Participate in a supportive call schedule of 7 days per month with low weekend consult volume of 0-3 consults or procedures per day Compensation $603,157 salary guarantee for 18 months, then transition to a WRVU productivity model $40,000 sign-on bonus $20,000 relocation stipend paid directly to the physician Benefits 6 weeks PTO in years 1-2 and 8 weeks off starting year 3 Full benefits package with 100% of medical, dental, and vision coverage paid by the practice 401(k) retirement plan with contributions starting day 1 and matching after 1 year Malpractice and CME allowance including professional liability coverage and educational stipends Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) site eligibility for federal loan forgiveness programs Shift & Schedule Balanced schedule consisting of 40% clinic and 60% procedures with 100-120 procedures per month Dedicated OR/ASC time 2-3 days per week Supportive call schedule of 7 days per month with low weekend consult volume of 0-3 consults/procedures per day
