Corporate Controller Salary: $160,000-$180,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
- Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization that is adding a Corporate Controller to lead and scale the accounting function
- This role reports directly to the CFO, with the opportunity to be their successor

- Opportunity to modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and help shape long‑term financial strategy
- Hybrid: Work from home 2 days a week
- Collaborative, down‑to‑earth culture with a team that values work life balance
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Oversee cash management, AR/AP, inventory, and fixed assets
- Develop and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Support audits, tax filings, and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Manufacturing or distribution experience strongly preferred
- CPA highly desirable CFS
