*THE WORK*

* Run your own family law docket from day one
* Primary focus on custody and child-related matters: SAPCRs, modifications, enforcement, high-conflict custody. Divorce and post-decree work in the mix.
* We are a trial firm, not a settlement shop. Take cases through final orders.
* Multiple board-certified paralegals on staff
* Autonomy and real ownership. You drive your cases and your clients.
* Room to grow into leadership as the firm scales
* Visibility through the firm's platform if you want to build your own profile alongside ours

*THE NUMBERS*

* $160,000 to $185,000 base depending on experience and book
* 1,450 billable hour requirement
* Quarterly performance bonus, plus referral, conversion, and origination bonus opportunities
* 401(k) with company match
* Unlimited PTO after a 90-day probation period, plus firm holidays

* CLE reimbursement plus lodging for Advanced Family Law in San Antonio

*WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU*

* 5 to 8 years actively practicing Texas family law
* Trial experience, including cases you've taken through final orders
* Custody work is what we do most. You need to want this work, not just tolerate it.
* Genuine care for clients, most of whom are mothers navigating one of the hardest moments of their lives
* Steadiness and client control in high-conflict cases
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
