Physician Assistant – General Surgery | Locum Opportunity

• ⏳  Duration: Ongoing PRN coverage
•   Setting: Acute Care Hospital
•   Schedule: Day shifts + optional call
•   Coverage Needed: Dec 14–18, Dec 18–21 & Dec 28–30
•   Call: Weeknight and weekend call available
•   Experience: Robotics experience  required
•   EMR: Epic
•   Patient Population: Acutely ill adults
• ️  Unit: 109 beds | Patient ratio ~1:10–15

  Clinical Responsibilities

  • Surgical First Assist in the OR
  • General Surgery, OB/GYN & Orthopedic patient coverage
  • Rounding, progress notes, orders, discharges & consults
  • Assist with surgical procedures, wound care, hemostasis, suturing and related OR duties

Requirements

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active  New York PA License
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience
• BLS, ACLS & ATLS – AHA/RQI
• Epic experience required
• Robotics experience required
