Production Lead

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM

✨ What You'll Do:

• Lead and support daily production operations.
• Operate blending, processing, and pastry production lines.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Train and support team members on the production floor.
• Step in to manage the department when supervisors are unavailable.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing and safety experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and food manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

⭐ Bonus Qualifications:

• Previous food manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Racine, WI.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
